Last week we went out to dinner at Applebees.
The universe having the sense of humor that it does,
my kids ended up sitting next to each other
across from me in the booth.
I can't really remember the last time they have sat next to each other.
Because close proximity seems to result in hooting and hollering
and battles the likes of World War II,
generally I like to keep them in separate rooms,
if at all possible.
So I couldn't help snapping a shot of this very rare occasion.
For some reason they were not impressed.
You would think they would be used to me by now.
Apparently, not so much.

Hilarious!
"hey you! guy in the middle!!! Crack a smile will ya?"
Very good looking kids in spite of their somber faces.
Tauna, that is the thing, my oldest NEVER smiles. I don't really know what is up with that. Even as a small child, he hated getting his picture taken.
Give them about ten years---then I promise they'll be happy together. They'll even try and set up weekly movie and/or dinner nights together:)
I tried to do a family shot the day my daughter was baptized. The middle child ruined every. single. shot. of course, I've saved them all, because someday I am going to pull out the 15 shots of four smiling and one crabby child and use them when he complains about his disobedient children.
hahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahaha
Wow! Look how perfect that laugh is. I didn't even try. Usually I mispell my laughter.
You have such a great sense of humor.
LY!
hehehehe--they are all pretty cute. Even if they don't want to play along! :)
Wow, I love it. I hope the middle kid will smile on his mission. It is easier to get in doors with a smile. I really am impressed that they did not have a food fight.
love it, love it, love it!!! :)
Oh teenagers, can't wait for this phase! :) Pysche. :)
