Truth is stranger than Fiction

So here is a lovely picture of a house in my neighborhood. It is actually a business. Until about a week ago, this house was white with red trim. Now it is the color of a giant pepto-bismal bottle. Holy retina-burners Batman.
In a competition for most house/yard decorations, this lovely house seems to be winning, don't ya think? Located across the street from my friend in the ward, every time I drive by, there is something new added to this house. Notice the lovely turret on the top of the garage. Apparently at night there is a light that shines through the stained glass windows. It reminds me somehow of the house in my "Big, Fat, Greek, Wedding." Click on the picture to enlarge it and see all the gaudy details of this yard.

The Pepto house speaks for itself; as for the other, somebody obviously misses Mexico!

This goes to show that there are upsides to HOA's. At least the MBFGW house is neat. I'd rather look at gaudy neatness than rusty junk.
